You will join a detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused operations team where accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key. Your contribution helps ensure uninterrupted material flow and inventory integrity across the site. Where You'll Make a Difference Execute receiving, put away, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities in line with site procedures Check inbound and outbound shipments to confirm physical goods match documentation and system records Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying variances, investigating causes, and following through on corrective actions Record warehouse transactions in SAP and scanning tools according to internal inventory movement processes Communicate inventory issues promptly and coordinate resolution with relevant departments Prepare routine operational documentation and reports related to warehousing and logistics activities Consolidate operational data (e.g., costs, consumption, and activity information) for tracking and reporting purposes Participate in cycle counts and annual stock take activities to ensure stock integrity Follow site requirements linked to external operational audits (SEDEX, URSA, ISO 14001, NSF, LAS, FSSC) and apply them in day to day work What Makes You the Right Fit Completed secondary education (matric); a diploma in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is an advantage Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse receiving and dispatch operations Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable enterprise resource planning (ERP) system Able to work in a fast paced environment with limited supervision while maintaining accuracy Clear verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Practical problem solving skills and a consistent approach to following procedures Experience using barcode scanning systems and structured inventory movement controls Exposure to regulated or audited operational environments Ability to spot recurring variance patterns and suggest practical process improvements Full time, on site role in a global organization with clear operational standards Structured onboarding and role-based training Opportunity to build end to end exposure across receiving, storage, and dispatch activities Work in an environment focused on safe operations and quality execution Development opportunities within operations and supply chain A workplace where different perspectives are valued and respectedWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
