Waitress - 20 day Activation Event

We are launching a stylish, high energy fine dining pop up restaurant set within a luxury hotel destination in Saudi Arabia. This is a social, vibrant, experience led space where great food, music, and atmosphere come together.

Position: Waitress / Captain Waitress. Duration: 20 day activation event running from 18 May 2026 - 7 June 2026. The role is based at a luxury beach resort in Saudi Arabia. All air travel, boarding, lodging, accommodation, transport and meals are covered by the company.

• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Deliver friendly, engaging, and attentive service to all guests.

• Balance a fun, relaxed attitude with professional service standards.
• Read the mood of guests and adapt your service style accordingly.
• Handle special requests and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.

• Work closely with the team to maintain smooth service during busy periods.
• Support setup, cleanliness, and organization of the café space.
• Ensure tables, service stations, and guest areas are always well presented.

• 2+ years of experience as a Waitress / Captain Waitress in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or beach clubs.
• Understanding of restaurant service to VIP guests and service flow.
• Ability to manage at least 5 tables at a time independently.
• Experience in high energy or fast paced environments.
