Responsibilities- Conceptualise and implement visual merchandising displays in collaboration with retail partners to maintain rigorous brand standards.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality presentation across diverse retail environments to enhance customer engagement.
- Provide creative direction on product placement, in-store branding initiatives, and seasonal display updates.
- Project Coordination & Management
- Plan and oversee comprehensive project rollouts across multiple retail locations simultaneously.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure seamless execution and resource optimisation.
- Act as the central liaison between internal teams, external suppliers, and retail partners to facilitate clear communication.
- Manage the full cycle of invoicing and statements with a high degree of accuracy and punctuality.
- Maintain organised records of project-related costs and essential financial documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth logistical flow of project activities.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' relevant professional experience within a visual merchandising or retail environment.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and workstreams concurrently.
- Financial Literacy: Proven experience handling invoicing, financial statements, and basic administrative accounting.
- Communication: Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to manage various stakeholder relationships professionally.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
