Job Description

Driving the frontline of a scaling property management firm, this role is designed for a tech-fluent professional who excels at the intersection of sales-oriented communication and operational oversight. You will act as a critical human intervention point for AI-driven lead systems, ensuring high-value landlord relationships are nurtured and converted within a fast-moving, non-corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion & Relationship Management: Intervene in AI-automated conversations to provide a personalised human touch, engaging with landlords across the UK to build trust and close deals through storytelling and "relation-shipping."
  • Franchisee Performance Oversight: Monitor and support new franchisees (property managers) to ensure operational efficiency, stepping in to handle the high-level phone interactions they may struggle with.
  • Agile Operational Support: Manage ground teams and coordinate property-specific logistics, including tenant viewing arrangements and initial contract handling.
  • Strategic Communication: Adapt communication styles to suit diverse demographics, ranging from traditional property owners in Cambridge to modern, savvy investors in London.
  • Process Automation: Utilise AI tools and internal systems to maintain a two-minute response threshold for all incoming property inquiries.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Sales Coordination role, ideally within the property or real estate sector.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent to establish immediate rapport with a UK-based clientele.
  • Tech Proficiency: High digital literacy with a genuine curiosity for AI tools and automation; ability to learn new software platforms rapidly.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to negotiate and handle sales-oriented conversations with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Education: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional certification in Business Administration or Communication.
  • Prior experience specifically within the UK property market.
  • Experience managing or supporting franchisees or remote teams.
  • Knowledge of UK property legalities and contract terminology.
Required Software Skills
  • AI & Automation Tools: Experience with AI-driven chat or CRM automation.
  • Communication: Slack, WhatsApp Business, or similar.
  • Productivity: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace.
  • Project Management: or similar agile platforms.
  • Time Tracking: Experience using tools like Toggle or Hubstaff.
Benefits & Culture
  • Environment: A high-output, agile, and non-corporate culture that values solution-focused thinking over rigid hierarchy.
  • Growth: Opportunity to scale from a part-time role into a full-time strategic partner as the business expands.
  • Flexibility: Work from home with a focus on impact and results rather than desk time.
Work Type & Location
  • Location: Fully Remote.
  • Work Type: Part-time (initially 2-3 hours per day, Monday to Friday).
