Driving the frontline of a scaling property management firm, this role is designed for a tech-fluent professional who excels at the intersection of sales-oriented communication and operational oversight. You will act as a critical human intervention point for AI-driven lead systems, ensuring high-value landlord relationships are nurtured and converted within a fast-moving, non-corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Conversion & Relationship Management: Intervene in AI-automated conversations to provide a personalised human touch, engaging with landlords across the UK to build trust and close deals through storytelling and "relation-shipping."
- Franchisee Performance Oversight: Monitor and support new franchisees (property managers) to ensure operational efficiency, stepping in to handle the high-level phone interactions they may struggle with.
- Agile Operational Support: Manage ground teams and coordinate property-specific logistics, including tenant viewing arrangements and initial contract handling.
- Strategic Communication: Adapt communication styles to suit diverse demographics, ranging from traditional property owners in Cambridge to modern, savvy investors in London.
- Process Automation: Utilise AI tools and internal systems to maintain a two-minute response threshold for all incoming property inquiries.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Sales Coordination role, ideally within the property or real estate sector.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent to establish immediate rapport with a UK-based clientele.
- Tech Proficiency: High digital literacy with a genuine curiosity for AI tools and automation; ability to learn new software platforms rapidly.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to negotiate and handle sales-oriented conversations with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Education: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional certification in Business Administration or Communication.
- Prior experience specifically within the UK property market.
- Experience managing or supporting franchisees or remote teams.
- Knowledge of UK property legalities and contract terminology.
- AI & Automation Tools: Experience with AI-driven chat or CRM automation.
- Communication: Slack, WhatsApp Business, or similar.
- Productivity: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace.
- Project Management: or similar agile platforms.
- Time Tracking: Experience using tools like Toggle or Hubstaff.
