INTRODUCTION

An exciting opportunity has become available within a growing vending machine startup. As we are expanding, we are looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join our team and take on a crucial role in stocking and maintaining our vending machines.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in vending, delivery, or route-based work is an advantage.
  • Valid South African driver's license.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks.
  • Skills:
    • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Good organisational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Basic math and record keeping abilities.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Problem solving mindset and ability to think proactively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Restock vending machines with snacks, beverages, or other relevant items.
  • Collect cash and/or monitor digital payment systems.
  • Clean machines and surrounding areas to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g., coin jams, display issues).
  • Monitor inventory levels and sales trends to optimise product selection.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and service schedules.
  • Ensure machines are secure and report any incidents of damage or theft.
  • Drive company vehicles between machine locations.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.
  • Build and maintain relationships with location owners and customers.
