Location: Fully Remote (South Africa) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Salary: R30000 basic + Commission

About the RoleOur client is seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic team. The role is centred around generating and qualifying leads, engaging with C-suite executives, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives.

- Make 50-60 quality calls per day to prospective clients
- Generate and qualify leads that meet ideal customer profilesBook a minimum of four qualified appointments per week
- Maintain detailed records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective outbound strategies
- Proven experience focusing on B2B in the USA
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales or telemarketing
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives
- Ability to manage time and priorities across multiple accounts
- Reliable access to high-speed internet
- Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud-based tools
