Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience in external sales, business development, or solution-selling.
Practical understanding of warehouse operations and WMS/WCS linked environments.
Relevant experience elaborated in application.

Psychometric Assessment Informed Consent and Confidentiality Agreement

Informed Consent to Assess
- Understanding that Psychological Assessments are formal, structured activities designed to measure psychological qualities, carefully researched and tested to ensure fairness, reliability and validity, and are administered and scored in a standardized way to allow results.
- Understanding that the purpose of using standardized tests is to obtain, in an economical way, reliable and relevant information on an individual to better understand them and aid in their adaptation and development.
- Consent to participate in the assessment for the purpose of Recruitment.
Release of Information
- Understanding of the right to confidentiality with respect to all communications and records relating to the provision of psychological services.
- Permission to release or discuss information relating to results with the Talent Lead, hiring manager and all relevant parties in the recruitment process.
