- Minimum5 years' experiencein a Travel Manager or Senior Sales Management role.
- Extensive international travel experience, with multiple trips abroad.
- Proven success insales conversion, meeting and exceeding targets, and delivering exceptional service.
- Minimum5 years of leadership and management experience, leading busy sales teams.
- Strong ability totrack and manage sales pipelines, forecast results, and drive conversion.
- A person whoembraces technology, understands systems, efficiencies, automation, and the role ofAIin modern sales environments.
- Excellent understanding of the importance ofCRM discipline, data accuracy, and workflow compliance.
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and confident in decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complaints or complex customer issues.
- Strategic thinker who canidentifygaps, implement improvements, and strengthen sales processes.
