IntroductionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to support order management and deliver excellent customer service across the business. This role is key to ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and that any issues are resolved in a professional and solution-focused manner.
Responsibilities- Capture and process customer orders accurately and on time, processing B2B orders.
- Issue order confirmations with correct pricing, lead times, and delivery dates.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and resolve order or delivery-related queries.
- Monitor stock availability and proactively communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Liaise with Finance, Warehouse, Transport, Sales, and Planning teams to support smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer and item master data.
- Prepare basic customer service and order status reports.
- Communicate proactively with customers about order statuses and support throughout the order cycle.
- Matric (essential).
- 3-5 years' experience in customer service or order management.
- Strong MS Excel skills and experience working on ERP systems.
- Good understanding of order processing and inventory-related processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
