TRAINEE MANAGER - RETAIL/FMCG (MIDDELBURG, MPUMALANGA)

The role involves assisting with overall store operations, managing staff, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high standards of customer service, stock control, and administration.

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
• Relevant Retail/FMCG qualification (advantageous).
• At least 5 years' experience in Retail/FMCG across departments (receiving, cash office, administration, sales floor).
• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and problem solving skills.
• Good knowledge of retail operations and reporting.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); SAP/Unisolv experience an advantage.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Ability to travel locally and work retail hours.
