Key Responsibilities Technical Skills- Develop and maintain SQL queries and data pipelines
- Support ETL processes and data warehousing initiatives
- Build Power BI reports and dashboards
- Perform data modelling and dimensional modelling
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
- Understand telecommunications business terminology
- Apply business rules to ensure consistent cross-functional reporting
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Resolve escalations related to reporting and data
- Maintain high levels of internal client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal technical teams
- Ensure solution compatibility with Ilitha infrastructure
- Support testing and system integration activities
- SQL
- Power BI

- Metadata management
- Data warehousing
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical ability

- Relevant Diploma or Degree in IT, Software Development, or related field
- Microsoft certification advantageous
- Basic understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and dimensional modelling
- Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI
