Job Description
NTT VW Stellenbosch is currently seeking an energetic Bachelor of Commerce graduate who is interested in building a very dynamic and rewarding career in the motor industry with specific focus on a Financial & Insurance Position.
The successful candidate will assist the Finance & Insurance Manager with all admin related tasks for example:
- Loading of new finance applications and submit to all banks for approval;
- Request settlement letters from banks;
- Request NATIS documents from banks;
- Facilitate the signing of bank finance contracts by customers;
- Scan all required documents onto the NTT Archive;
- Collect all outstanding debtors before month end;
- Perform weekly reconciliation between NTT Fin and Accounting software.
