Job Description

The Customer Operations Specialist - Trade & Risk will be responsible for managing trade-related operations, risk checks, and exceptions as part of the campaign. This role ensures that all customer transactions and operational activities are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal procedures and risk management standards.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a process-driven mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
  • Process customer transactions, trades, or operational requests in line with campaign procedures
  • Perform risk checks, validations, and due diligence on transactions or customer accounts
  • Identify and escape potential risks, anomalies, or exceptions in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, operational systems, or trade platforms
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and mitigate risk exposure
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and internal quality standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps or operational inefficiencies
  • Respond to customer enquiries or trade-related queries professionally and efficiently
  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets set by the campaign
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 1 year's Customer Service or Call Centre Experience
  • Previous Trade & Risk experience in a betting & gabling campaign is advantageous.
  • International Campaign experiences is advantageous
  • Ability to work in UK hours and weekends.
