You will be an ideal candidate if you possess the following: Preferred NQF 5 qualification or higher. 4-5 years of operational experience within a branch or similar environment. Strong understanding of branch operations, audit processes, and risk management. Proven ability to drive operational effectiveness and support digital migration initiatives. Experience managing and coaching teams to achieve high performance. Ability to identify commercial growth opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
