Tour Consultant

Are you a Southern and East Africa Specialist, with strong destination knowledge of these regions? The successful candidate will play a key role in managing travel itineraries for clients visiting Southern Africa and East Africa and have previously worked in a similar role with several years of experience.

This position requires excellent client service skills, a high level of attention to detail and strong administrative skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple bookings in a fast-paced environment, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in using Tourplan and Wetu advantageous.
