2 Year Contract - Temporary

  • Process sales of airline tickets, including new bookings, rebookings, exchanges, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
  • Apply Air Congo fare rules, promotions, discounts, and corporate agreements appropriately
  • Handle reservations through Global Distribution Systems (GDS), online platforms, and walk in customers
  • Verify passenger eligibility, documentation, and ticket validity in accordance with IATA and airline standards
  • Support group bookings, special fare requests, and corporate account reservations as required

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in airline ticketing, travel agency operations, or GDS based reservation systems.
