Contribute to the development of test plans, create detailed test cases, and execute testing activities to validate functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements.The Test Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive testing procedures across applications to ensure software quality, stability, and compliance. Key Responsibilities - Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Validate functionality and ensure alignment between test and production environments.- Compile and communicate defect reports.- Support production issues as a priority.- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and audit requirements.- Build strong stakeholder relationships. Requirements - IT-related Degree/Diploma (preferred).- 2-5 years software testing experience.- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Quality Centre).- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.- Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
