MASA Outsourcing - a leading Temporary Employment Services Powerhouse, is looking to employ an experienced TES Recruiter with prior experience recruiting in Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly adaptable and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team, focusing on the recruitment of blue collar positions on a temporary basis. The Recruiter will need to act swiftly and use various methods to secure candidates, ensuring client orders are filled promptly. Building strong rapport with candidates and tapping into their networks for referrals is essential. When skills are scarce, the Recruiter must demonstrate innovative thinking to identify the right candidates for each role.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Sourcing
- Quickly source and secure qualified candidates for temporary call centre and administrative positions using networking, direct outreach, and referrals.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure rapport and encourage ongoing referrals.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates to fill frequent or high-demand roles efficiently.
- Utilize creative approaches in cases of scarce skills to ensure the right candidates are identified and placed.
- Client Liaison
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by fully understanding their staffing needs and preferences.
- Communicate proactively with clients to manage expectations, update them on recruitment progress, and address any feedback or concerns.
- Provide a high level of client service, ensuring that candidates are sourced and placed within agreed timeframes.
- Interviewing and Selection
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments based on client requirements, ensuring the best possible match for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Oversee the offer and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for both candidates and clients.
- Administration and Compliance
- Ensure that all recruitment documentation complies with relevant labour laws and regulations, including right-to-work checks and temporary employment contracts.
- Manage timesheets and onboarding paperwork for successful candidates.
- Book medicals.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates by addressing concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction with the recruitment process and candidates placed.
- Performance Metrics
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets such as time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and retention of placed candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities using the company's CRM system.
- Experience in recruitment, ideally within a temporary staffing or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of blue collar roles.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and generate referrals to expand the talent pool.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with both candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with labour laws and compliance regulations for temporary staffing.
- Computer literate: proficiency in using CRM and recruitment tracking systems.
- Strong administrative skills: ensuring all paperwork is checked and processed timely for pre employment vetting of candidates.
