What will you do

As a Territory Account Manager (TAM), you will play a pivotal role in developing a robust channel partner network within your assigned territory. Your focus will be on identifying sales growth opportunities and collaborating directly with partners and end-customers to maximize the business's potential for Sensormatic solutions.

How you will do it
  • Design and execute the territory partner ecosystem in line with the EMEA Indirect strategy.
  • Strategically recruit and develop Gold, Silver, and Authorised partners to enhance product uptake across key markets.
  • Create individual partner development plans to foster mutually beneficial relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Prospect and engage with end-customers, positioning yourself as a 'Trusted Advisor' throughout their loss prevention journey.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity to position solutions effectively.
  • Report on sales performance, opportunities, and pipeline status to senior management, ensuring that sales forecasts and targets
What we look for Required
  • 10+ years professional experience (account management, business development)
  • Experience working in sales roles responsible for wide and diverse geographical territories
  • Previous experience from retail business
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience using CRM applications, e.g.
  • Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Able to travel frequently as required, often internationally
  • Driving license
  • Eligibility to apply for business visas where needed (as per assigned territory)
Preferred
  • Indirect sales experience beneficial
  • Retail Loss Prevention or similar technical industry experience
  • Knowledge of additional languages
