Job Description

We are seeking a Tender Administrator for a permanent role based in Parktown North, Gauteng

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12, relevant qualification and 2+ years' experience post qualification
  • Sourcing new tenders via online portals, Newspapers and Bulletins
  • Arranging timeous submission of tender responses
  • Draft plans, quotations, methodology and ensure that all mandatory documents are updated.
  • Ensure company certificates and compliance documents are up to date, and filed accordingly
  • Receiving and acknowledging purchase orders
  • Preparing presentations
  • Accessing and updating CSD
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system
  • Following up on submitted tenders
  • Following up on SLAs with clients after appointment
  • Typing documents, Receiving, and sending emails
  • Provide office support and administrative duties and assisting director's PA
  • Keeping a track record on submitted letters
  • Drafting acceptance and extension letters to clients
  • Fielding telephone calls receiving
  • Attending briefing sessions both virtual and physical
  • Ensuring tenders are delivered on time
  • Maintain stationery levels
