Tender Administrator, Parktown North
Job Description
We are seeking a Tender Administrator for a permanent role based in Parktown North, Gauteng
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12, relevant qualification and 2+ years' experience post qualification
- Sourcing new tenders via online portals, Newspapers and Bulletins
- Arranging timeous submission of tender responses
- Draft plans, quotations, methodology and ensure that all mandatory documents are updated.
- Ensure company certificates and compliance documents are up to date, and filed accordingly
- Receiving and acknowledging purchase orders
- Preparing presentations
- Accessing and updating CSD
- Developing and maintaining a filing system
- Following up on submitted tenders
- Following up on SLAs with clients after appointment
- Typing documents, Receiving, and sending emails
- Provide office support and administrative duties and assisting director's PA
- Keeping a track record on submitted letters
- Drafting acceptance and extension letters to clients
- Fielding telephone calls receiving
- Attending briefing sessions both virtual and physical
- Ensuring tenders are delivered on time
- Maintain stationery levels
Salary: Market related
