The incumbent acts as a subject matter expert, driving standards, governance, and best practice adoption across the Points of Presence environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver a service that builds rewarding relationships, fosters innovation, and empowers stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service. Maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective development of appropriate IT solutions. Implement processes that enhance customer service excellence and encourage others to provide exceptional service. Create and sustain productive working relationships with multiple stakeholders for expectation management, knowledge sharing, and functional integration. Translate business IT requirements into implementable solutions and continuously monitor their operational performance and effectiveness. Oversee and manage all escalated technical support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements. Ensure adequate unit, system integration, and post implementation testing for all configuration and development tasks. Ensure testing processes deliver acceptable performance outcomes for all system changes. Analyse and identify problems or requirements to determine impacts, patterns, trends, best fit alternatives, and optimal solutions. Determine resource requirements and delivery timelines for proposed functionality. Identify, assess, and mitigate IT related risks through strict compliance with technology policies, processes, SDLC, and change/release management standards. Design relevant IT solutions and produce required specifications and architecture aligned with agreed standards and governance expectations. Participate in specialist communities of practice and meaningfully contribute to organisational learning and knowledge improvement. Support effective teamwork within the function and collaborate across technical and business teams. Demonstrates a strong commitment to mentoring and supporting junior team members by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback. Actively contributes to the development of team capability through coaching, onboarding support, and fostering a collaborative, learning oriented environment. Encourages best practices, professional growth, and continuous improvement within the team.
