Are you someone who can: Analyse system technical requirements Be responsible for, API contracts, API Logic, Produce logical, technical, and functional specifications from business requirements Translate business requirements into data mappings, flowcharts and user stories. Develop and execute test cases to ensure QA, troubleshoot production issue Define, develop and document how business systems interface functionally Participate in the creation of and fleshing out of business requirements Conduct a system requirement risk assessment Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation Analytical thinking and problem-solving Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Creates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development Manages risks in own area of responsibility Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Qualification: BSc Computer Science/Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering (BEng/BSc) At least 3-5 years' experience in System Analysis or Technical Business Analysis Experience working with system integrations specifically using API's Experience with JSON and XML Understand how to interpret XSD's and swagger documents Experience with API development and management tools like Postman, Swagger etc. Understanding of RESTful or SOAP methodologies to design and develop API's Can write technical requirements You will have access to: Opportunity to work in a leading financial services company.
