Our client is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance for electrical products and systems. This role involves fault finding, testing, repairs, and customer troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands on technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer focused approach.
Requirements:- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or completion of a Trade Test.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the electrical field.
- Prior experience in technical support, customer service, or field support within the electrical industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical equipment, automation devices, or control panels.
- Knowledge of safety standards and basic troubleshooting tools.
- Understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and devices.
- Strong problem solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support.
