Qualifications- Formal Qualifications
- Grade 12 or N3
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the hospitality maintenance field
- Minimum of 5 year's experience as a maintenance manager
- Management and monitoring of departments operations
- Manage training and development of staff
- General management of department
- Oversee the day to day running of department.
- Manage teams work performance.
- Manage Compliance and key maintenance
- Manage service providers
- Manage maintenance systems
- Manage planned and preventative maintenance programs
- Manage maintenance inspections
- Implement systems to improve efficiency, service, and reliability on property.
