• Empower and support installers to promote our full product range.
• Drive upselling and cross selling through installer channels.
• Conduct site visits for installations, diagnostics, and technical guidance.
• Deliver on site training and product awareness sessions.
• Capture and log every interaction in CRM, providing actionable insights.
• Act as the voice of the market, reporting trends and competitor activity.

• Maintain top notch installer satisfaction.
• Ensure all installer interactions are accurately logged.
• Boost product adoption across your region.
• Contribute to weekly reports that shape strategy.

• 3+ years in technical sales or field support (access automation or electronic security experience is a bonus).
• Strong technical knowledge with problem solving skills.
• Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
• Self motivated, organized, and able to manage your territory independently.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence - petrol will be compensated.
