We are recruiting for our renewable energy client seeking a Facility Engineer to support the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) function across utility-scale renewable energy facilities.

The role focuses on technical oversight, operational performance, and compliance management of renewable energy assets, ensuring facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Provide technical support and coordination across renewable energy facilities during the O&M phase.
  • Manage and resolve technical queries relating to facility performance and operations.
  • Monitor technical compliance with EPC, O&M and project contractual requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess plant performance, reliability and operational standards.
  • Manage defects, deviations and non-compliance issues across facilities.
  • Review O&M manuals, technical reports and contractor submissions.
  • Support warranty, insurance and contractual claims management.
  • Assist with commissioning, handover and operational readiness of projects.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical field.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in the renewable energy sector.
  • Experience with wind or renewable energy technologies.
  • Understanding of project documentation including PPA, EPC and O&M contracts.
  • Experience in project commissioning and operations support.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder coordination skills.
