With a strong reputation for operational excellence and safety, they are seeking a driven Technical Sales Consultant to join their team.
Position OverviewThe Technical Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving new business development, managing the full sales cycle, and overseeing project execution from quotation stage through to completion.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial sales and preferably experience within rigging, machine moving, mobile crane or logistics environments. This role requires a proactive, technically minded sales professional who can conduct site assessments, compile accurate quotations, negotiate contracts and ensure successful service delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesActively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Conduct physical site assessments to evaluate project requirements
Compile accurate and competitive quotations
Negotiate contracts and secure new business
Oversee the successful execution of secured projects within agreed timelines
Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Uphold and promote the reputation and brand of our client
Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Matric (Minimum Qualification)
3+ years experience in industrial sales
Strong understanding of the full sales process
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills
Own reliable transport
Clear criminal record
Ability to pass medical screening (including drug test)
Advantageous ExperienceExperience in rigging, machine moving, mobile crane or logistics sales

Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 17:00
Friday: 07:00 - 14:30
Occasional weekend work or extended hours may be required
