Purpose Statement

Optimise credit performance and minimise risk through:

  • Managing and overseeing a team responsible for developing, implementing and optimising credit policies and processes across more than one workstreams.
  • Ensure the quality delivery of insights based on qualitative analysis, and the application thereof to influence credit decision making.
Education (Minimum)
  • National Diploma in Economics or Commerce
Education (Ideal or Preferred)
  • A relevant degree in Economics or Commerce
Knowledge and Experience

Minimum:

  • 6 - 8 years' experience in retail credit (policy and process enhancement).
  • In case of Bachelors degree or higher: 5 - 7 years experience
  • Previous leadership experience
