Location: South Africa (Cape Town or Johannesburg)
As a Talent Partner, you'll be responsible for driving high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across a fast-paced US-based portfolio. This role sits within a performance-driven environment where speed, quality, and candidate experience are key. You'll be working closely with stakeholders to deliver on hiring targets while managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer stage.

What You'll Be Doing- Manage high-volume recruitment across sales-related roles within the US market
- Conduct daily screening, assessment, and shortlisting of candidates
- Own the full recruitment process from sourcing through to offer stage
- Engage and manage stakeholders to ensure hiring requirements are met effectively
- Deliver a strong and consistent candidate experience throughout the process
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery against hiring targets
- Support fast-paced hiring cycles while maintaining strong turnaround times
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment delivery within the account
- 2-3 years recruitment experience, ideally within agency or RPO environments
- Experience in high-volume or bulk recruitment will be highly advantageous
- Exposure to sales recruitment is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Comfortable working US hours
- A proactive, energetic, and resilient approach to delivery
