Talent Coordination Specialist
Job Description
As a Talent Coordination Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping the recruitment process running smoothly across a fast-paced, US-focused hiring environment. Working closely with Talent Partners, clients, and candidates, you'll ensure seamless interview coordination, accurate documentation, and a consistently strong candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and structure, and enjoys being at the centre of a high-performing, global recruitment team.
What You'll Be Doing- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment across US time zones
- Liaise directly with clients to confirm interview details and manage logistics end-to-end
- Prepare and format candidate CVs, ensuring accuracy and consistency, along with structured interview notes
- Manage ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Support candidates through offer stage, acceptance, and onboarding
- Maintain professional, timely, and consistent candidate engagement post-placement
- Work closely with Talent Partners to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow
- Keep systems and records updated to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and process stages
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition support, or a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working US hours
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Someone who takes pride in delivering a smooth and positive candidate experience
