Join Dedicated IT and help shape the future of our Talent Acquisition teamDedicated IT is looking for a Recruiting Business Development Representative who wants to grow their career, learn advanced recruiting strategies, and play a key role in scaling a fast-growing Managed Service Provider in the United States.
You will be the engine behind our talent pipelines bringing attention to the Dedicated IT brand and candidates to meet our team. You'll work directly with our Talent & Acquisitions Manager and support our mission to become the privately-owned MSP in the USA.

What You Will Do Own Sourcing and Pipeline DevelopmentTake Ownership for most of the outbound sourcing for our open roles.
Your mission is simple: find great people and get them talking to us.
You will:
- Source talent across LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, cold outreach, ATS systems, and niche channels
- Build pipelines full of strong IT MSP candidates
- Make targeted outreach that gets responses
- Stay organized and keep pipelines moving forward
Be the first conversation candidates have with Dedicated IT.
You will:
- Hold screening calls to assess culture fit, communication, and motivation
- Briefly assess whether candidates meet our technical expectations before moving them forward
- Present qualified candidate documentation clearly and well-detailed
- Maintain a high recommendation accuracy
Own candidate communications end to end.
You will:
- Keep talent warm through friendly and thoughtful check-ins
- Provide timely updates, no matter where they are in the process
- Help candidates feel supported and excited about Dedicated IT
In this role, you will quickly establish yourself as an essential part of the Talent Acquisition engine if you:
- Conduct 12 to 20 screening calls per week
- Bring 10 or more qualified candidates per month into the pipeline
- Source for 8+ openings per week
- Maintain strong candidate communication and follow-up

- Strong written and spoken English
- A natural ability to connect with people
- Experience in sales, cold calling, and outreach through email/LinkedIn
- Experience generating leads
- Self-motivation, organization, and follow-through
- Your own equipment including fiber internet above 40 Mbps, laptop, headset, and power backup supply

Compensation- Base Salary: Up to USD 1,500 per month
- Qualified Candidate Bonus: USD 15 per qualified candidate
- Hire Bonus: USD 75 per sourced candidate hired
