Profile

The Talent Acquisition Officer sources, attracts, interviews, hires, and onboards employees, focusing on long term company goals by developing recruitment strategies, managing the full hiring cycle (from defining roles with managers to extending offers), ensuring a positive candidate experience, and building talent pipelines for future needs, and employer branding to find top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop hiring plans.
  • Sourcing & Attraction: Post jobs, source candidates via online channels (social media, job boards), and manage external agency relationships.
  • Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screens, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and check references.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, efficient, and organized journey for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding: Assist new hires with paperwork and integration into the company.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand and reputation to attract talent.
  • Data & Reporting: Use metrics and respective software to track progress and improve processes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Full cycle recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Experience with recruitment software/program.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a self starter.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field often preferred.
