Job Description

Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Configuration Specialist in Fourways to oversee the integration of third-party gaming systems, payment solutions, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end configurations, ensure system stability, and maintain seamless communication between internal teams and vendors, ensuring optimal performance and compliance across all environments.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage integrations of third-party platforms, payment gateways, and CRM systems.
  • Oversee API lifecycle management, including testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and support platform release cycles across environments.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide second-line technical support and monitor system performance metrics.
Skills
  • Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, regulated settings.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 35 years experience in systems configuration, preferably within online gaming, fintech, or digital platforms.
  • Proven experience with payment gateway and CRM integrations.
