The Technology Systems Administrator will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and administration of core business systems, including ERP, CRM, BI, and Workflow platforms. The role requires a proactive, systems-oriented professional with a strong grasp of enterprise software, user support, and digital workflow optimization.

This position will work closely with superusers, IT teams, and vendors across multiple regions to ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability in support of operational and conservation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, BI, and workflow solutions (e.g., Laserfiche, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Serve as the primary support liaison for system superusers across departments and protected areas.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot software-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and user guides.
  • Support system audits and ensure compliance with data security and usage policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system-related projects and new rollouts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise software/system administration.
  • Experience with ERP (e.g., Sage 300, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), or BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Working knowledge of digital workflow platforms (e.g., Laserfiche, SharePoint).
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with user training, support, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently in ageographically distributed team environment.
