This robust programme is designed to give high potential graduates real workplace exposure, deep technical knowledge, and the professional skills needed to thrive in the world of ERP solutions.

As a Graduate Intern, you will:

• Build a strong foundation in SYSPRO ERP, learning how the solution supports complex business operations.
• Apply your knowledge to real operational challenges, contributing directly to impactful projects.
• Develop critical soft skills and business acumen tailored for a Professional Services environment.

During this immersive experience, you will:

• Build foundational expertise in SYSPRO ERP
• Apply learning to real operational and technical challenges
• Collaborate with multi disciplinary teams across the SYSPRO ecosystem
• Develop practical soft skills, business acumen, and consulting confidence

We are recruiting graduates for two exciting pathways: Software Development: As part of our strategic evolution, we are moving toward a cloud based environment, giving you the opportunity to work with modern software development tools and cloud technologies. Technical and Functional Consulting: Develop the technical capabilities to support, configure, and enhance the SYSPRO ERP environment and gain a deep understanding of how businesses operate and how ERP systems support their processes.

To qualify, applicants must hold one of the following completed degrees:

• BSc Information Technology
• BSc Computer Science
• BCom Information Systems
• BSc Software Engineering
• Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT)
