Our 13-months Management Trainee Program is designed to turn talented graduates in South Africa into future leaders. Featuring 4-months rotations within multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) our program enables a deeper understanding through first hand expirience within the business with some of the leading global consumer products.

Our Management Trainees will also receive guidance, mentorship, a buddy and regular feedback to support their development throughhout the 13-months program. Successful trainees will be assessed for full-time opportunities where roles are available.

• Are a recent graduate qualification in Project Management / Supply Chain Management / Sciences / Engineering related with Honors or Masters, PHD degree (2024 onwards)
• Have 1-2 years of work experience
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are ambitious, driven, agile and creative-with a can-do attitude
• Are able to commit to a minimum duration of 13-months
