• Produce detailed rebar bending schedules and drawings for structural projects
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to develop accurate rebar placement details
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs meet all project requirements
• Review and verify all details for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with SANS codes
• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and documentation
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the construction phase
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of rebar materials
• Assist with rebar inspections on site

• Proven experience as a Structural Rebar Detailer
• Experience with rebar detailing software
• Certificate or similar in rebar detailing (preferred only)
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, CADS RC, Autopads or similar)
• Strong understanding of construction principles, rebar detailing, and reinforcement techniques
• Ability to interpret and analyse architectural and structural drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to rebar detailing
