This role offers the opportunity to work closely with high-value enterprise clients, driving long-term success through strategic guidance and data-driven insights. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong adoption, retention, and expansion across advanced digital solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will engage with both operational teams and executive stakeholders to align business goals with measurable outcomes. The position combines customer success, consulting, and commercial strategy within a fast-evolving technology landscape. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful results and unlock new growth opportunities. Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, overseeing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Develop and execute data-driven success plans aligned with customer business objectives
  • Drive product adoption and value realization through tailored strategies and ongoing engagement
  • Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
  • Monitor account health using performance data and proactively address risks or opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (onboarding, services, partnerships, and support) to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Stay informed on industry trends, analytics, and AI innovations to provide strategic guidance to clients
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer success processes and tools
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer success, account management, or consulting roles
  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with large, complex accounts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Fluency in French and English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Solid understanding of digital analytics, product analytics, and data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with modern data ecosystems, including data warehouses and AI-driven tools
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth and account expansion
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Passion for technology, SaaS solutions, and customer-centric strategies
