- Drivethe elicitation, refinement, and documentation of high-quality business andfunctional requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Conductcomprehensive current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process modelling,gap analyses, impact assessments, and solution evaluations.
- Translatebusiness objectives into structured problem statements, solution options, andclear recommendations for senior leadership.
- Facilitateworkshops, discovery sessions, and cross-functional discussions withexecutives, business owners, architects, engineering teams, and externalpartners.
- Leadstakeholder management activities, including expectation-setting, negotiation,conflict resolution, and decision-making support.
- Overseeand provide quality assurance for analysis artefacts produced by junior andintermediate analysts, ensuring consistency and alignment with standards.
- Partnerwith technical teams to validate solution design, integration impacts, dataflows, and system dependencies.
- Guideuser acceptance testing (UAT) strategy, including test scenario definition,issue triage, defect analysis, and sign-off processes.
- Supportorganisational change management by contributing to communication plans,training materials, adoption strategies, and readiness assessments.
- Drivecontinuous improvement of business analysis practices, frameworks, tools, andmethodologies.
- Providementorship, leadership, and coaching to junior business analysts, supportingcapability building and professional growth.
- Overseedelivery progress for analysis workstreams and ensure risks, dependencies, andissues are proactively managed.
- Actas a key advisor to business executives, offering insights, data-drivenanalysis, and thought leadership on process optimisation and digital transformation.
- Bcom Honours degree in InformationSystems, Business, Informatics, Engineering, or related field; postgraduatequalification or MBA is an advantage.
- Certificationor exposure to recognised project delivery or business analysis methodologies(such as IIBA, PMBOK/PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or Agile/Scrum) is advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in businessanalysis, consulting, or product/business transformation roles, includingexperience working on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Provenexpertise in requirements engineering, business process modelling, solutionevaluation, and end-to-end business analysis delivery.
- Strongunderstanding of enterprise systems, data flows, integration points, and therelationship between business processes and technology.
- Stronganalytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills with the ability tostructure ambiguous problems and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage bothexecutive and technical audiences.
- Strongleadership capabilities, including mentoring analysts, managing workstreams,and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Experiencein Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments, including backlog planning,sprint refinement, and supporting product teams.
- Abilityto manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and operate effectively infast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Highcompetence in documentation, presentation development, reporting, and producingexecutive-ready deliverables.
