Key duties include handling payments, managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness, resolving complaints, and adhering to store policies, ensuring smooth daily operations from opening to closingJob at a GlanceTo ensure all parts and tools needed are accounted for both physically and on the DMS and Oracle systemsand are available to the Maintenance Artisan to perform their tasks for the Plant to run efficiently.What will you do - Job Outputs• Receiving all purchased items at the unit• Ensure that quality of spares and material received is acceptable• Ensure that quantity received matches the delivery note and purchase order• Store all items into designated store areas in a secure manner• Preparation for Maintenance Days (spares and consumables)• Ensure accurate stock control rotation• Issue items as per Job Cards to Artisans• Maintain accurate records of transactions• Investigating and solving variances• Perform weekly cycle counts• Create Purchase orders• Batch all delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders and forward to Accounts Payable• Housekeeping According to 5S standard.• Matric or equivalent• Computer literate Oracle and DMS• Attention to detail• Strong administrative skills• Figure orientated• Team player• Understanding of health and safety regulations• Technical Experience• Availability of Parts and Equipment to do Maintenance Days as per schedule• Stock Accuracy• Cost driven down• Service Level Agreements with internal and external stakeholders• Audit findings / scoreIn accordance with the employment equity plan of Tiger Brands and its employment equity goals and targets, preference may be given, but is not limited, to candidates from under-represented designated groups.In accordance with the employment equity plan of Tiger Brands and its employment equity goals and targets, preference may be given, but is not limited, to candidates from under-represented designated groups.
