Provide Administrative and Support Functions to the National Service and Maintenance Manager.

• Performing all inventory related transactions in Syspro regarding stock transfer / issues/usages.
• Write off obsolete stock in Syspro with approved documentation.
• Provide support to Stakeholders - Internal and External
• Assist the National Service and Maintenance Manager with audit queries from internal and external auditors.
• Maintain an up to date WIP valuation account at every month end in collaboration with the National Service and Maintenance Manager.
• Monitor the monthly GIT Account with the SCT department and review monthly Ad-Hoc tasks as required.
• Participate in and record all stock counts.
• Process and Receipting of Invoices received for Facilities timeously.
• Booking of Accommodation for Head Office visits.
• Supervise Picker and Packer.
• Placing of Stock Forecasting six months ahead.
• Placing of SCT orders six months in advance.
• Ensure Camera System is working at all times.
• Facilities Checklist upload monthly.
• Housekeeping.

• Matric and Higher Certificate in Supply Chani/ Procurement
  
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a stores and dispatch environment.
• Storekeeping and stock control or related diploma or degree advantageous.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office.

• Sound understanding and application of financial management principles
• Strong background and understanding of warehouse management principles
• Knowledge of stock, cost, and risk
• Knowledge of Customer service excellence
• Strong customer orientation
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Strong financial acumen
