- Run a smooth, efficient operation-without ever compromising on service
- Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)

- High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team
- Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
