Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee the full operation of our store. This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about sales, customer experience, and team development, with the ability to drive performance and maintain high operational standards.
Responsibilities- Drive store sales to meet and exceed monthly targets KPIs
- Analyses sales reports and identify opportunities for growth
- Lead, motivate and inspire the store team to achieve goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Oversee stock management, including receiving, transfers, and stock takes
- Manage store administration, reporting, health and safety compliance requirements
- Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar retail management role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Sales-driven with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience with stock control, merchandising, and store operations
- Strong administrative and reporting abilities
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
