  • Drive store sales and achieve set targets.
  • Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Administer store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
  • Grade: 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
  • 3-4 Years' experience in a store /retail management experience
  • Budgeting.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Retail trade.
  • Strong business acumen and problem- solving skills
  • A passion for home decor and design
