• Develop a firmed-upbusiness case for a solution migration plan and present to HC EXCO fordecision making
• Ability to review andtighten commercials per country (where Absa operates) to support executivedecision making of the proposed solutions and clearly outline the businessbenefits of each solution aligned to the indicative costs
• Support in the preparationof bespoke presentations to meet different stakeholder decision makingprocesses.
• Support in development andframing solution options with a steering committee recommendation on ahigh-level plan and implementation of the recommended solution.
• Provide support on an RFPto identify solution service providers who can develop a blueprint for thesolution journey.
