Educators in the FET phase will be responsible for planning, organising and implementing appropriate instructional programmes in a high school environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfil their academic potential and prepare them for life after graduation. They will need :

• a degree (NQF level 7) and PGCE or B. Education (FET) with a specialization in the subjects to be taught
• SACE certification and a police clearance are requirements
• 2-5 years Teaching Experience
• 2-5 years Specialist subject teaching
• Computer and digital literacy
• First Aid
