Specialist - Sustainability & Capital Projects Technology (Operational Technology)

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Join our Operational Technology (OT) team and support the systems that enable safe, sustainable, and efficient mining operations. This business-facing role supports the delivery and sustainment of OT applications and platforms across Sustainability (environment, health, safety, community, security) and Capital Projects domains.

You will help ensure key systems run reliably, coordinate enhancements and changes, and partner with global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Support operational sustainment and service improvement across OT platforms
  • Engage business stakeholders to capture needs and coordinate requests
  • Assist with project planning, tracking, testing, change coordination, and communications
  • Maintain governance routines (status reporting, RAID logs, service insights)
  • Coordinate with vendors and support basic commercial and budget processes
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve service delivery
ROLE REQUIREMENTS Education & Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Sustainability-related field
Experience
  • 5+ years' experience in technology support and delivery coordination
  • Mining industry experience, ideally within Sustainability or Capital Projects environments
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Clear communicator with a service-oriented mindset
  • Experience supporting vendors and budget administration
