Core DescriptionImplement mass market segment solutions as designed and planned in alignment with business plan aspirations. Improve Customer value propositions across the service delivery value chain required to deliver on the end-to-end Mass Market customer value propositions.
Job Responsibilities- Understand market dynamics/trends, customer strategies and competitor activities and their impact on the Openserve Mass Market segment to inform product(s), go to market (GTM) plans and align/ review to achieve business plan targets.
- Develop and Implement Customer Value Propositions and/or solutions across the Mass Market Sector in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including channels.
- Establish meaningful reporting on financial performance of product(s) to improve performance.
- Manage existing programmes and partners and proactively identify gaps and opportunities across the Marketing Mix to improve product performance.
- Draw and maintain product roadmaps to ensure that Openserve is ahead of market trends.

Experience Additional InformationExperience:
- Experience in Marketing/ ICT (Telecommunication)/ business strategy and/or analysis/ Technical Product Development, of which 2 years shouldbe customer facing/ consulting to external Marketing environment.
