Job Description
Enable the management of the delivery of BCX's service providers by proactive reporting of performance and operations. Responsible for operations implementation to improve partner delivery and customer experience.

NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in IT/Engineering or Commerce
OR NQF 4: Grade 12
ExperienceMinimum of 5 Years relevant experience in IT environment
Or
NQF4 with 7 Years relevant experience in IT environment
Level of Engagement & Span of ControlSpan of Control 0-4
Special Requirements / Employment ConditionMust be willing to sign a NDA and adhere to Restraint of Trade requirements
Required to travel locally and/or internationally
